Created with the help of AIDid you receive your first shirt and it doesn't fit? Don't worry — thanks to our first-time buyer goodwill, we will adjust or remake your shirt to fit perfectly.
Your shirt was custom made for you. Therefore, it might take a second attempt to get your measurements perfect. This applies to all measuring methods.
Measuring Correctly
Please check if you measured exactly according to our guide and not, for example, by a local tailor. The hemdwerk measuring guide always applies.
Measurement changes
It is not necessary to measure yourself again. Use the shirt you have as a baseline. Simply tell us your desired changes as differences (e.g. sleeve length +2 cm).
Upload Photos
Photos of you wearing the shirt help us greatly to assess fit and posture. You can upload photos easily in the ticketing system or under 'My Photos'.
Process
- Register your return easily online via our aftersale portal.
- Alternatively, fill out the return slip (PDF) and include it with your parcel.
- Always include a short description of your requested changes in the package.
Once we receive your return, we will send an email assessment. Remakes take the normal delivery time, alterations are usually faster. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
