Two-Ply Cotton (Vollzwirn)
Two-ply fabrics are considered the pinnacle of shirting craftsmanship. Before weaving, two individual fine cotton yarns are twisted together in both the warp (lengthwise) and weft (crosswise) directions. The result is a cloth with exceptional handfeel: highly durable, shape-retentive through countless washes, and with a lustrous smooth surface that breathes naturally.
Twill Weave
Twill fabrics are easily identified by their diagonal ribbed weave. This structure gives the shirt remarkable softness, subtle optical depth, and an elegant, supple drape. Twill is the ultimate business choice: naturally opaque, crease-resistant, and effortless to iron.
Classic Poplin
Poplin is the quintessence of formal shirt fabrics. Featuring a fine plain weave with twice as many warp threads as weft threads, poplin is lightweight, crisp, and cool to the touch. The perfect companion under sharp business suits and for warm summer days.
Non-Iron & Easy-Care Cotton
